We are excited to announce we are producing cider from apples that are grown, harvested and fermented here on the farm. Currently, we have 8 different ciders on tap for you to enjoy! Scroll down for more information.
The ciders here are hand crafted by us with apples grown and pressed into juice here on the farm with our cider mill. We enjoy selecting specific hand harvested apples from our orchards to craft our ciders both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. With some specific yeast strains, temperature control and a lot of love of the process, we feel we deliver a clean and unique beverage that you will enjoy. Our ciders are made with only 100% real fruit juice, yeast, and carbon dioxide. There are no added sulfites or any other additives in our ciders.
Enjoy our ciders in our tasting room inside a barn from 1896 or take in the scenic views of our working farm from our deck. Cider is offered in a tasting flight, a 10oz glass, or a 16oz glass. Purchase a re-usable growler or bring your own and we will fill it with your favorite cider. Bottle conditioned cider is also available "to go" but is produced in limited production to reduce glass waste. You can also find our cider on tap at select locations throughout the area.

Oxford, Ohio (November 14) – "In the ninth annual U.S. Open Cider Championship, cideries, wineries, and breweries from Canada to California entered over 240 ciders representing 29 different styles. The first round of judging was held in Welland, Ontario. The final round of judging was held at the U.S. Open Event Center in Oxford, Ohio. The judges were from the United States, Canada and England. Judging in the U.S. Open Cider Championships is blind, and the judges do not know what ciders they are tasting."
We are thrilled to announce we won a Gold Medal for our Northern Concord grape cider made right here in Penn Yan!
The FLX Cider Trail is collaboration between cideries and apple growers in upstate New York. The Trail spans the Finger Lakes Region (Haudenosaunee land), with orchards and tasting rooms overlooking Keuka Lake to the west and clustered between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes to the east. A drive through the renowned Finger Lakes Wine Country is also a tour of our nationally recognized hard cideries producing in a climate well suited to apples. All of our partner cideries produce their own cider and many grow their own apples- your visit is likely to be right in the middle of a working farm.
